Very easy for one person to assemble. Lots of adjustments up down seat and back have separate tilt features (or you can freeze tilt). Back adjusts up and down so you can get the lumbar support in the proper position. Arms have set up/down adjustments but no swivel from side to side. (You do not have to put the arms on if you don't want them.) Seat cushion is not as soft as I would like but it provides good support. Seat is also 'warmer' than an open mesh seat (but I have found that those frequently put pressure on the back of my legs where the frame is.) I actually find this chair more comfortable than my much more expensive 'ergonomic' chair in my work office! Purchased for WFH Home office. I am very pleased with my purchase. I only wish I'd bought it earlier!

It's fine does the job fairly inexpensive so cost/benefit is good. Can't get the seat to tilt back so feels a tad forward-leaning despite mechanism to adjust that just doesn't seem to adjust enough for my liking. Overall glad I bought it as the cushion is good and its much better than the old one it replaced. Not nearly as comfortable as the large exec chairs with tall back but fine for task work.
