The chair seat is comfortable. What I don't find very comfortable are the arms. There is an indention for your arm to rest which is fine if your arm is aligned with the arm itself. I however find that when my arms are sideways to the arms of the chair it is uncomfortable. My husband also has a Staples office chair but the arms on his chair are flat with no indentions.

Overall good but the Mesh Back Fabric got cut itself with just one day of use from the top edge.

Chairs overall quality and comfort is great. But the Mesh Back Fabric got cut by itself with just one day of use (or whether it came that way only but I noticed it next day I am not sure). I noticed that the Mesh's plastic type thread is cut from the top already. I did not want to return it as I have been waiting to buy an office chair for quite sometime and I liked this one but I may return it as not sure how long the rest of the back mesh would stay if it's already started giving up.

For a chair at this price point it has a lot of features: In addition to adjustable height seat angle is adjustable and you can tilt the whole chair. Arms are adjustable too. The only thing that isn't adjustable is the lumbar support. Easy to assemble. Doesn't feel like the materials will last more than a couple of years but at this price point I'm okay with that.
