Only had it a week but so far so good. Fully adjustable (arms back seat) comfortable mesh back is great for airflow. The only thing I would change and why I only gave it 4 stars is the lumbar support. I wish it was adjustable. I highly recommend.

This office chair was very easy to put together. I like the feel of the mesh seat and it is very comfortable. The arms adjust to height that I like and the lever underneath is very easy to reach as I have a short arm span. I like that the back reclines without making me feel like I am going to go over backwards. The chair itself is constructed well and blends in with the rest of our office décor. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for an office chair that isn't cumbersome or heavy and masculine. It's modern yet comfortable.

Item seems well made and was very easy to put together. High points for those features. I don't know why it was not comfortable; both my partner and I tried at various settings for seat height and back and seat angles. Nothing worked - we both started experiencing back and neck discomfort. I suspect this could be individual taste.
