Well packaged - arrived in perfect condition. Easy to assemble - parts clearly labeled by each step. Chair is pretty straight forward to operate and adjust. Recline/recline lock Seatback recline/lock to seat. Arm rests raise/lower (width requires mounting adjustment). The entire seatback (with the lumbar support) is adjustable up/down. The mesh back is nice but the material is grippy and will pull your shirt back up when reclining. Seat cushion is OK. Not great. Chair is very stable and rolls well on a solid surface. Quiet no squeaks/creaks.

We purchased this for a new employee. It is different from the standard office chairs we buy; thought we'd try something new. The structure is good although not made for anyone more than 250 lbs. It is certainly a good bargain for a last-minute office purchase
