This was my second purchase of this chair. Compared to other chairs I have owned over my lifetime. It’s comfortable long lasting. Love the mesh backing your clothes don’t stick to it and it’s cool!!

This is a decent quality chair with full features. However they could improve a couple of things to make it more comfortable like the hand rests are quite hard and lumbar support and seat adjustments can be smoother. Overall a good buy.

I was excited to get the chair but from the moment I sat on it and rest my back there was an annoying sound the chair was making. It's due to the poor design that connects the back to the sitting part of the chair. Should be fixed!
