Fully adjustable office chair

I've had this chair about a week now. I really like it. It adjusts in every direction. And I can lock the tilt back so that it doesn't the back stays upright where I put it and doesn't lean back. The lumbar support is adjustable in height too. The seat is comfortable yet somewhat firm. I don't like desk chair arms so I didn't put them on. I don't know what people are talking about regarding difficulty in assembly. It was easy - it took maybe 30 minutes at most. If you've ever put anything together that has several pieces - you can do this. It's just some screws and slide together pieces.
