The chair is as advertised but I would have rated it higher than 4 star if two items were slightly improved. The method of securing the back to the seat lets the back 'wobble' even if the adjustment knob has been tightened completely. The other issue is that the arm rests wobble also. I realize that these need to remain somewhat loose to be able to adjust them but the 3/16ths to a quarter inch is a bit much. I think I would have preferred a mesh seat also but since I had to order this chair online I wasn' able to test it out before buying.

The quality of the chair is great. There is nice lumbar support in the back and the mesh back is comfortable as well. I am 5’9” and have long legs so the only issue I have is that it is a little too short for me. The are about 2-3 from the back of my knee to the chair. I didn’t think this would be an issue - it really isn’t - but it is noticeable. I still love the chair and would recommend it for purchase. Just be aware of the length of the chair seat.
