I purchased this chair after I used a similar one in a hotel I was staying at. I found it easy on my bad back. I tried it out at the Staples store along with other similar chairs and decided that this was the best deal. None were in stock so I had to order it but that only took two days with free shipping. The instruction sheet was titled “easy instructions” and I found that both assembly and adjustment lived up to that title. Assembly took about a half hour using the single tool provided. I tweeked the many adjustments and find the chair to be good for my back while sitting at my desktop computer at home for up to three hours at a time.

Chair has lots of adjustment but fall short on a few features. The lumbar support is not adjustable other than up and down and it is quite excessive. Foam for the seat cushion is low density and feels like you sink right down to the hard base.

Been using the chair for about 2 months now and i'm happy with it so far. Some things I don't like about the chair is the material for the cushion which felt rough if you are wearing a short and the back support is kind of loose because you can shake it with your hand and feels unsteady.
