Better than many pricier chairs

I tried the highly acclaimed temperpedic chairs but the seats all had a high "crack" that was bad on my rear end. This one meets my needs. My latest problem is ulnar nerve damage from arm rests that are too high. That is why I got the new chair. This one has the lowest arm rests of many. (yes they can be adjusted up but I need the lowest possible setting.) I'm anxious to see how well the mesh keeps me cool when summer arrives.

Poor Quality Staples Won't Return
on April 30, 2014

Purchased this chair in December and by April it was falling apart. The mesh on the back of the chair pulled away and several metallic staples fell out. This is an expensive chair with a lot of adjustments but unfortunately the quality doesn't match the price. The worst part is that Staples won't return or exhange furniture items (despite the fact that they are "Staples" brand. The store manager just gave me a the manufacturer's phone number and told me to call them instead. V Very disappointed in the quality of the chair and the lack of service from Staples.

Very Comfortable
on July 30, 2017

I've only had this chair about a week. It was very easy to assemble and the adjustments really helped to make this chair mine. I would definitely recommend it.
The chair cushion is angled about 45 degrees towards the ground so I am constantly slipping out. It's very uncomfortable. It looks like there is a lever that should adjust this but it seems to be non-functional. I'm going to try and return this because it's not supportive at all. I recommend a different chair.
The chair is great super comfortable great ergonomics and adjust-ability. My only gripe is the fact that the back rest is extremely wobbly no matter how tight you make the bolt that locks it in place it will budge loose and wobble left to right. It is annoying thing to deal with and doesn't make you feel the most secure when leaning back against it or having it reclined... It would take a lot of extra force than normally leaning back when sitting to snap the steel bar which holds it in place or even the back rest itself but i could definitely see it getting more and more wobbly over time. Hopefully no harm is caused and is only an aesthetic and doesn't affect the integrity of the chair itself.
