Fast and easy to put together.Comfortable padded seat. I'm uncertain of the back which is not secured to the chair by any screws or bolts and feels like it has the possibility of leaning too far back (but not to come apart). I also added additional lumbar support because I am 5'4' making the support in this chair too far up my spine but it may be perfect for someone 4-6" taller.The chair was on sale 50% off when I bought it so it was definitely worth it. I would recommend the chair. However it is not a lightweight chair. Be prepared to lift.

I've been using this chair to teach remotely and find it much more comfortable than the one provided by school. The adjustability of most of this chair is great though I wish the lumbar support was adjustable too.

I like most of the things that adjust on this chair...up down forward tilt adjustable tension. The only thing that is annoying is that the back seems loose. There is an adjustment knob on the back but it doesn't do anything to tighten the back or secure it to a certain height. I don't know if you just have to pay more to get that option or it is defective. I got it on a sale though and the price on sale was good.
