The quality is overall meh. The top/bottom edges are fine but the side edges are rough as if the paper was cut with a dull blade. The paper itself prints & takes toner fine but is scratchy when you try to write on it. It is also less smooth compared to other brands we've used.

I have never written a review about paper but I am so frustrated with the poor quality of these reams that I want to make sure others don't waste their money. It says 20 lb paper yet feels and looks thinner than other 20 lb paper I have used. The edges are rough like the machine that cut it has a dull blade. The paper rolls up after running through the printer. Other brands of 20lb printer paper does not do that but these reams do. I won't buy this Staples brand paper again.
