The special on this came just when I needed to restock this size for my company. It was an excellent deal. I shop Staples® because they offer it all - selection quality price and service. Even the store brand items are high quality.

Be Careful!! It's not a case if it's only 8 reams!!

I thought it was a great price. Unfortunately I just ordered without reading the description VERY carefully. I've always thought that a 'case' of paper meant that it had 10 reams. I guess that we've changed the definition of 'case'. I feel a little duped.

My printers have trouble with this paper

I have ordered this paper a couple of times and both times my printers (Brother HL-5470 Laser HP Photosmart Inket) seem to have issues with it. My inkjet frequently jams (even when simply printing a black and white document) and the laser (which is used to print documents that may be 100 pages long) ends up with multiple creased pages (as if the heat from the laser is "ironing" the page). All in all I will not be ordering this paper any longer. Time to step up to a higher quality.

My office has been using this paper for a very long time. It is a good quality paper. As professionals we are always striving to have quality brochures and correspondence as well as our marketing pieces. We get that from this paper and at a good price at that.
