If you're worried about this paper getting jammed or sticking don't. This is great paper and a great value.

Not a complete case - only 8 reams not 10

The paper quality is good but I did not like the reference to a case when it was only 8 reams and not 10 which is cases until now held.

The 8 ream case is MUCH easier to handle than the 10 ream. Our office space is downstairs and the smaller case is so much easier to handle. The paper for a printer is of course excellent.

Paper may be fine but rebate process is a problem

I am sure the paper is fine - but I am not using it until my rebate arrives. If it does not arrive I will be returning the paper. Submitted all proper documentation got a message rebate invalid contact customer support they said a code didn't transfer but they took care of it then I got a postcard saying the rebate was invalid. So now I must wait until I receive it or on principle will return the paper as yet unopened for a refund. Very disappointed in Staples.
