The box was torn open in delivery and 67% of the contents were lost. I ordered four 3-ream cases for a total of 12 reams. When it arrived the box had 4 intact reams and several loose sheets of paper. I believe the UPS driver noted the damage on his report. He told my wife that lots of Staples products are poorly packaged. Guess I need to switch suppliers!
