I have ordered this paper for our company for years. It is great paper. This time when I thought I was buying the normal 10 ream case of paper I received only 8 reams per case. I discovered that the fine print says 8 reams. This is a case size I have NEVER heard of. Staples KNOWS we expect 10. I returned them as it was not a true sale.
