Nice product but poor delivery

The paper is fine for general purpose copying and printing. It was promised in a few days and took almost two weeks. Glad that we didn't need it right away. It took three delivery attempts before they found the address. The carton was crushed and paper wrap was torn. The paper looks ok though. I doubt that I will order from the web site again.

Uneven edges

The last case of this paper we ordered had edges that were uneven. They looked like edges look when you cut them by using the straight edge of a desk. We've purchased this before and not had that issue so I'm not sure what happened.
