I had problems with my original order. It was never delivered as promised: I had to call 3 times. The third time the lady from Philippines found out original order never completed and cancelled it and replaced the order. You should have better way to service your order and email customer or call customer why order that was promised could not be delivered. After that the new order was delivered.
