I called on the phone minutes after I ordered online to get the free sanitizer that I forgot to put on the online order itself. I was told it would not be possible to do that. Very unfriendly customer service…you would think after paying almost $30 they could part with a little free bottle of sanitizer for less than $2

Heavy but Staples shipped it for free and next day too. They also keep track of my awards so I don't have to.
