The Staples multipurpose paper 20 lb weight #96 bright letter size is the perfect weight for printing on my HP Officejet Pro 8600 color printer. It never jams. The colors print well. The discount when buying a case (versus per ream) is great. It also means less trips to the store to buy more.

problems with paper

Never had a problem before with any PAPER. I was on the verge of a new laser printer thinking it was the problem. On a hunch changed back to Hammermill and we are up and running. Will not buy again I am stuck with the balance of the paper from the case.

I use this to print shipping labels Excel spreadsheets Word documents and emails. I don't like paper that is too thick because they give me paper cuts. This is just the right thickness and weight. It works and I love it!

Clean smooth paper

We've gone through thousands of pages in the last few weeks without a single jam. Paper seems a bit heavier than 20lb. Brightness is decent. So far so good...
