The store manager gave me a discount because the wrapper had been slightly damaged. I guess it was not appealing enough but everything looked fine to me and when I brought it home I did not see any damaged paper so what a deal. But the manager at this store is very heipful along with the whole sales staff. When I return items it is easy and hassle free too and that is nice. My local store in Cypress CA is just a great place to shop for office supplies and I have always had a pleasant experience there.

Paper may be fine but delivery was poor

I'm not sure if Staples delivered it or another delivery service but I was gone at the time. It had been raining all morning & when I returned the box was on the porch thoroughly soaked on the bottom. The bottom reams of paper were quite wet & about half of the wrappers torn suggesting it was thrown or dropped. I'm not sure if this paper will work in my printer or copier because many of the sheets are buckled. It may be good paper but the delivery service was unacceptable. I remember ordering a case of paper from Staples before & finding many of the reams busted open. Add this to wet box & paper & I do not intend to order paper from Staples again. Very disappointed!

We alternate between the "blue box" paper and the "red box" paper depending on price at the time of purchase. Both work equally well with our copiers. We go through a lot of copy paper throughout our stores and we want quality as well as good prices. We feel we get both using Staples paper.

I bought this case of paper to help me and another family out when they return to school later this month. You can't beat the price. Order it on line and had in my hands within 2 days as it was a pick up at a local store. Ran in hassle free pick up. Staples paper stands up to most any other brand out there. I would highly recommend this to anyone. A very good way to stock up so when the nasty weather hits you always have it on hand and you don't have to run out.It will help me out and my family member too.
