When it is 20 lbs and 92 on the brightness scale it is usually good paper for everyday use. When it is 25% off on sale it becomes 5 star paper.

I was surprised at how fragile the wrapping paper encasing the copy paper was. It broke open very easily. As I was putting the paper away I dropped a couple of the reams on the counter and the casing broke open. The paper inside also tore to the point I had to through some sheets away because I was concerned it might jam in our machine. The actual paper is advertised as 20 lb paper but it feels lighter/thinner than that. I am not sure I would buy this paper again.
