Paper pad rather than copy paper

Copy Paper is copy paper but when the ream of paper is sealed and the glue which is used to seal the cover has leaked over the 500 pages inside that copy paper is no longer copy paper but a pad of paper which needs to be separated page by page. Not at all satisfactory.
