I did not realize that it is recommended for black and white copying so I switch out when I need color! Also the guy behind the register wouldn't exchange it for me about 0 feet away. I have bad back and hips and he was very reluctant to help me saying he couldn't leave the register. There wqas no one else but me in the store!
