The cashier was awesome! She was so helpful and she even offered to help me download the staples app on my phone. My granddaughter was with me and she was taking a while to pick out what she wanted as a treat and the cashier was very patient with her.

The cover was a little misleading (Tru-Red) but thankfully when I opened it the paper was white - not sure if I could change black ink to white ink in my printer. Nicely packed - I didn't weigh it to ensure I got 20 lbs....next time. It's paper enough said.
