My order was supposed to be ready by 8:30 that night. Went the next morning around 9:30am they never did it. Had to come back twice before they completed.

Ordered printer ink and paper easily on the Staples website. Easy order process and user friendly website. Order was processed quickly and delivery in two days. Very pleased with responsiveness.

Much cheaper than “big name” brands and works fine on black and white. Haven’t tried it with color.
