Good Quality! Why? - Because it has the "Staples" brand on it. I've been using Staples Brand for 9+ years now and so far it equals or sometimes have better quality than that of brand name products. I would definitely recommend it.

Way Too Thin!

Ridiculously thin paper - I purchased it due to a coupon I had however I will never purchase it again. By comparison of both quality and price I will go back to my normal supplier even if I have a coupon for Staples.

Rebate and Customer Service

Best thing about the products was the rebate. The product was fine and it appears to be of good quality. The bad news and maybe I am incorrect but it seemed like because I was buying a rebate product the associate (I believe the Asst Manager) was not extremely helpful. I had to ask where to find the product more than once. If she simply walked me to the product it would have made my experience far better and encouraged me to come back. There was also a glitch at the cash register paying with my credit card I believe because of the rebate. I had to slide my card 3 times.
