was on sale from mobil app one dollar off per ream. i forgot my mobil app password socouldnt show cashier the sale coupon which by the way was posted by her register. my phone number showed i was a staples customer rewards member and she refused to give sale price without me showing my mobil app working empower your people to make good decisions and not to lose customers.

You offered $1 off for using the app; I got the app and it didn’t work and the cashier couldn’t get it to work and then it was only on 1 ream and I was buying 2! I left much more perturbed with Staples than if you hadn’t offered the promotion at all.
