I received the email that said this paper was $5.49/ream. Under that there was a red button that said "Get the app." There was no fine print that said you MUST get the app to get the deal and there was no reason to think this wasn't the same as similar sale pricing in the past (where you don't need a coupon). If you walk into a Staples there's the stocked display with $5.49 in big print. When I called the store to ask they said I wasn't the only one confused by the email. As usual rising costs get passed onto the little guy so the big guys can keep their bougie lifestyle. Next time I'll buy my copy paper elsewhere because the gas I spent to get this "deal" makes the copy paper no less expensive than anywhere else.

I went to store expecting to pay $5.49 per your advertisement. Picked up 3 packs and at checkout found I needed the app to get that price. I tried to download in the store but could not. As I had an appointment I paid full price. Very turned off by this transaction.
