We just ordered another 10 ream carton but the new paper is thinner than our previous batch. It feels more like newspaper and is noticeably less white. I thought maybe we ordered the wrong kind this time around but I double checked and it's the same listing we've been buying for years. Sad to see the quality go down.

TRU RED looks great but often jams in my 3 HP's

I print approximately 9 000 sheets per month on 3 HP Printers. 2 are Officejet Pro 8710's 1 is an Officejet Pro 8210. I print on draft mode due to the quantity I need and their use. The TRU RED are bright and look great but when they jam it is a difficult process to clear the paper out particularly because of where they jam in the mechanisms and the fact that they seem thinner than other paper. They fragment when you try to pull them out. I've never had this problem with Hammermill Copy Plus.

This was the lowest price ream available at Staples. The price is certainly higher than it used to be but then so is everything. The paper is perfectly adequate for my home use. No problems clear copy.
