Too many paper jams

We use a lot of paper for business purposes. There was an advertised sale on this paper so we bought two cases. After loading the paper we ran a job that required about 50 copies. After about 10 copies the paper jammed. After clearing the jam the job continued but jammed again after 3 copies. We turned the copier off and waited for it to cool down for an hour. Afterward we tried again and it jammed again after 5 copies. We tried fanning and reversing the direction of the paper in the load tray. Nothing worked. We brought the paper back and paid more to replace it with Hammermill paper. The copier did not jam at all after that.
I sent this paper back with UPS. Did we get a credit issued? The boxes were all torn apart and put back together with tape. There is no way the paper was not affected by the torn bent up boxes. The paper is usually OK. I cannot believe you sent this paper out in this condition.
I use the paper for brochures and booklets. The quality of my work is great with this paper and it doesn't jam my printer. I always get my office supply and printing done at staples. I like that I can get a variety of printing paper to do different projects from plain to card stock paper. I will always use Staples for all my paper needs. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The location of the Staples store is a great convenience for me. Staples is my super store! and I will always do my business with Staples.
My problem was the package did not say that the paper was already punched with holes for putting into a note book. Other than that I was happy with the purchase. Next time I will be sure to ask at check out about the thing am buying to sse if it is exactly as marked on th package. Another thing I did not care for was that all the paper was at the back of the store. I would like it if the sales items were represented at the front of the store. After all my trip to Staples was to buy only two items so I wanted to get in and out quickley.
