Our company has been buying Staples copy paper for years and years now. We run it mostly on Ricoh Pro 1107EX copier and it works fine. I always inspect the edges of the paper before loading it into the copier because occasionally the edges may be slightly damaged and I don't want the paper getting stuck in the copier that is capable of 110 pages per minute speed... I usually put the paper with slightly frayed edges in one of our printers and they work fine. In conclusion I believe Staples copy paper is a good value for the price.
We have been happy with the Staples brand paper that we have purchased this time and in the past. It is a good value for the quality. We have had no jamming issues. It is on sale frequently which we watch for before purchasing when possible. We will purchase Staples brand paper in the future.
Very good Staples 8.5x11 copy paper. I prefer this paper both for the copy machine and computer printer as I have always found it to be of good quality. The price is good even if I do not get it on special. However when bought on sale there is no way anyone can top this paper. I would highly recommend parents purchase the 5-ream case for kids in school. There is no way you can beat the price for such quality paper. The 5-ream box is easy to carry and a must for college kids to take back to college especially after parents have bought it at such a wonderful SALE price!!
Conveniently packaged to carry with ease for those who may have shoulder or back problems. Very sturdy outer packaging. I highly recommend this to those of you customers who are elderly. This produce is moderately priced against the larger case. Never Jams even in the oldest of workhorse printers I use via mobile. I am a first time user of this product as I purchased the 5 Ream Case with my reward points. I even submitted this purchase for a seventeen dollar rebate. Actual cost at the end of the day was $2.00 when using my points and factored rebate .
The price is right. The 5-Ream Case fits in more places (to store) than the 10-Ream Case. I like the packaging material that holds the 5-Ream Case together verses the card board box which is used on the 10-Ream Case. It seems to be more eco-friendly (and that means there is less of) than the card board box.....which therefore becomes easier to dispose of! I believe both the plastic material holding the 5-Ream Case and the card board box holding the 10-Ream Case can be burned and turned into energy at our waste to energy treatment plant. It's PAPER done right!
