The paper does not com out of the printer by one sheet at one time it comes out of the printer by several sheets and jumbled the printer. The paper does not separate by it self. (sheet by sheet)

Not sure if it's the loose and soft packaging for the individual reams or the recycled box itself the edges of at least 2 reams are damaged causing a misalignment or jam during printing. This is the first time I've used this red package first time ever had damage on copy paper.

The paper in the bottom reams is always dented bent scuffed and I won't know until the final reams are needed that they are damaged. Getting tired of this.
