The strap on the box dug into the lid causing a dent in the top ream. I am concerned this will cause jams.

Bought a small order (4 reams) of copy paper rather than a whole case. So nice to know you can do that if you’re by yourself and can’t carry a case back to the office on your own. Excellent service and easy checkout. I would recommend!
