Never had any problems with paper jamming in the printer before until this paper. It keeps jamming no matter how much "pre-printing prep" has been done to the batch. Will not purchase this again. I ordered 5 reams and I will be returning the remaining 4.

Excellent choice for me but the best part was the delivery from Staples. The driver drove up as I was preparing to leave. I asked if he would put into my garage for fear of it disappearing off front porch as I left. Not only did he honor request but took it to my door that goes into my home. I thanked him and with a big smile "No problem I can do this." Being a 75 year old woman it helped because paper is heavy. I hope you keep hiring wonderful driver like the one who delivered my order. A smile goes along way when dealing with customer service.

I placed an order the beginning of the new year and just today found out how SMALL this box of paper was! Here I thought I was getting a good deal for 2 of my regular sized boxes. Imagine my surprise when one of the guys in the office brought up a box and I see that there are 3 reams of paper in one box! Well I won't be fooled again on this paper! Thanks Staples!!! I will be sure to read the fine print from now on!
