Carton arrived in good shape but inside each ream was partially ripped open. Price in weekly flyer was $17+ but I was charged full price. Am a faithful Staples customer and plan to continue to be but felt you needed above info. Thanks

The paper is just fine but its shipping left something to be desired. It looked like the outer shipping carton had been opened and the paper wrapper on the TRU RED was torn. I think it had been dropped because several of the sheets were bent at the corner. I should have reported this right away but didn't need the paper immediately so by the time I opened it I didn't think it would be fair to make a complaint.
