Paper may be fine but delivery was poor

I'm not sure if Staples delivered it or another delivery service but I was gone at the time. It had been raining all morning & when I returned the box was on the porch thoroughly soaked on the bottom. The bottom reams of paper were quite wet & about half of the wrappers torn suggesting it was thrown or dropped. I'm not sure if this paper will work in my printer or copier because many of the sheets are buckled. It may be good paper but the delivery service was unacceptable. I remember ordering a case of paper from Staples before & finding many of the reams busted open. Add this to wet box & paper & I do not intend to order paper from Staples again. Very disappointed!

I have used this same brand of paper for 20 years and I have had not issues. I have tried another brand of Multiuse Paper however for some reason it continued to get stuck in the printer. Not so good. No need to ever change!

This is very reasonable paper and a fairly good quality. I don't use it for anything other than home use but it works real well in the printer. The price was excellent.

I called in an order in the afternoon hours one day and the customer service person said I would have the delivery tomorrow and would someone be available to receive the order between 9:00 AM and 12:00 noon. I reply I would be available. The next morning at 8:10 AM the door bell rang and here was the Staples delivery service with my order. What great service! When I placed the order I wasn't expecting the order until 2 days later due to the later hour of the day when it was place. To receive the items in less than 24 hours was amazing and unexpected. The delivery charge was "FREE" because the amount of the delivery was over the minimum. Great service is going above and beyond a persons expectations. That's what Staples did here! The Staple brand multiuse copy paper I ordered always preforms well with my printer and scanner equipment.
