I buy 20 pound 94 brightness for the quality. Sadly the quality of the Staples paper is not on a par with the other brands I've used. The paper feels porous rather than slick. And it isn't any brighter than 92. I'll use it because I bought it but I won't buy it again.

I always go to Staples to buy paper for our printer because not only is it more convenient but also I can get in and out quickly. I've been doing business with Staples for years and have always had a satisfying experience. However I think you need to give more deals on the ink cartridges for those of us on limited budgets. I'm on Social Security and always have to make copies of forms or bank statements for my caseworker. I usually have to buy the cartridges separately because it's more affordable for me that way.
