So far so good but have only printed about 50-55 pages. For the us the reason the product was not given the fifth star is the case does at least this one not have the fold-in type handles to make it a lot easier to carry it to it's proper (storage cabinet) location. We also ordered other inventory and have nothing to dissuade others for other not ordering from Staples (if that's what they want to do). The delivery was on time making our experience nothing but positive (less the no handle to carry the paper case) Would I purchase and/or recommend this again? Yes if the price is similar to the purchase price.
