I thought it was definitely disappointing. I thought I was buying a case of paper which to me is 10 reams. This is the first I have seen 8 ream cases. It really reminds me of what food companies have done. Tuna fish is the best example. They kept the can the same but started putting less tuna in with no real notice. I was shocked and very disappointed when I realized it was only 8 reams. Misleading.
