My order was placed on my doorsteps with no plastic covering just before a rain storm hit our area. The rain had been projected all day and since I had purchased items before and had not had a problem during inclement weather I did not think there would be a problem this time. Upon arriving home I found my delivery in front of my door with no covering and everything was wet. The Springfield store manager and his assistant were very helpful with replacing part of my order the same afternoon and placing a new order for the rest. Great Customer Support.

Staples Multiuse Copy Paper 8 1/2" x 11" 8-Ream Case

I am a quality/price consumer; that is I want to have the highest quality at the lowest price. Consequently I am always looking for "deals" on my expendable office products such as toner ink and PAPER. I buy paper in case lots and take advantage of the deals offered by Staples such as three cases for the price of two. I maintain a one-half case supply on my shelves at all times so that if I have a high volume printing job I always have the supplies to complete without having to drive 100 miles to pick up a case or wait a day for the delivery. The paper is in a corrugated box and each ream is individually wrapped. In over ten years of purchasing Staples Paper I haven't had so much as one sheet of paper that was unusable. The paper is high quality and runs through my printer without jamming. The paper accepts the infusion of toner which doesn't run bleed or wipe off. I highly recommend this paper and suggest buying when Staples has a deal offering. I hope that this review is helpful in your evaluations.
