I used to buy Staples' 96 bright copier paper but it appears to be discontinued. So I took a chance on this and it is fine. I am a bit put off that Staples used the sneaky way to raise the price by shrinking the box from 10 to 8 reams. Mayonaise went from 32 to 30 oz years ago so a quart is not an option. If the price needs to go up raise it but don't shrink the package!! Give us a break!

After placing my order online I called the store and confirmed that the items were ready. They were very polite and friendly. As soon as I pulled up and called them they brought the boxes out and loaded them to my vehicle. This is the best service I've had and I will continue being a loyal Staples customer because of it.

The 8 count box was a bit misleading I usually buy the 10 count case but the paper is great and doesn't jam.
