For reasons stated in my other review I will leave it at that. Product is perfectly good but you need to speak with Capstone to clean up their act.

Needed to stock up on copy paper and this sale came at a very good time. Have used Staples paper for years and have been very happy with it. The delivery time was faster than expected and the overall service was excellent.
