BAD PAPER

When I saw this great deal on paper I figured how could I possibly go wrong. I was wrong! First off all the reams of paper in the case were cracked open due do a inferior shipping box. I called Staples and complained about this and they sent me a 2nd case as an apology at no charge- same thing. The box was ok but all the reams are torn. When I started to use the paper it kept jamming my printer. Apparently if you choose to print on both sides (which I do often to save both paper and space) the paper jams. I called Staples today and requested that they take back they case I paid for as well as the free case. I then ordered the brand name paper I normally buy.

Sneaky Most people would think that a book of paper is 10 reams Sure we should have looked closer but most use 10 reams per box. Back to Costco for paper

Very pleased excellent quality. Arrived a day later than originally promised. Driver left box outside the garage when I thought they'd come to the front door. No biggie but if I hadn't gone out that day I would not have seen the box.
