The paper was packed in a strong sturdy box with plastic ties around it. Each rim was wrapped securely in glued paper. The sheets were clean white and smooth. I didn't have any problems with jams or misprints.

Staples is my office provider for life! Order it and it comes right to the front door next day! Dependable and I always save money on my purchases! This last delivery was during the rains Houston experienced. The driver brings my delivery to the front door and waited for me to come and get the box from him so it did not get damaged from the water. Standing in the rain himself to ensure an undamaged delivery. From delivery to customer services I can't say enough about Staples. Great savings great customer services great and dependable delivery with no shipping charges. Why go anywhere else! Saves me time and gas!

This paper is very good. Staples gives you 8 reams with 500 sheets in each ream. Only for $27. The price is very worth it and this paper can last you for a very long time. 5 Years minimum
