It's so nice having paper delivered to my door because sometimes I just don't have time to drive to the store to pick it up. And I really don't feel like sending my wife since the case of paper is so heavy. I've been using staples paper for years and the thing I like most about it aside from the free delivery is the consistency of the product. Always the same quality and delivery is usually the next day. I also like being able to use my rewards online when I check out. Makes my experience enjoyable and all of the reasons for me to stay a loyal customer.

Shipping Carrier Issue

Copy Paper was fine and at a great price. Shipper however simply left all 8 cases on our front porch over lunch. We are on Main Street and they could have easily been stolen or destroyed. Not to mention that our storage room is in the back of the building next to the back entrance. WB Mason delivers right to where we want it and never just leaves it outside.

I am very disappointed in the paper quality. For the 93 brightness and 20lb advertised it is far less white and thick than the last pack of paper that I was using with the same parameters.
