The copy paper is fine but the packaging is terrible. The reams are packed in a very thin paper and the box is very weak.

Good paper with good value. I like the price. Unsure on your cartridge recycling policy though. Turned in 10 with no credit till I bought 30+ $ in ink. I still haven't rec'd credit after spending more than double that on ink/toner.
