Although the product is described as 20 lb paper it is significantly of lesser quality. The paper seems almost transparent.

Constant paper jams

This is the only paper I have ever purchased that jams in our Brother laser printer. We are spending so much time clearing paper jams and throwing away so many sheets of crumpled torn-up paper that this box of "less expensive" paper will ultimately cost us more than a box of higher quality paper would have cost us.

I use to work for Staples and this has always been the best paper for the price that will work for all All In One Machines and printers.. AWESOME!

problems with paper

Never had a problem before with any PAPER. I was on the verge of a new laser printer thinking it was the problem. On a hunch changed back to Hammermill and we are up and running. Will not buy again I am stuck with the balance of the paper from the case.
