I was very happy with the entire process. Your web site is very easy to navigate and user friendly which I like. I also like the fact that you send me a receipt promptly and I have always been very satisfied with all of the products I have purchased from you over the years. Just keep up the good work and you will retain my business.

As our parent company basically requests we order from contracted companies we've had some copy paper that has jammed in our machine due to wrinkles before we even load the machine. We've never had an issue with Staples brand and will continue to use it.
