Thought we'd try this kind out we are used to getting the staples brand recycled paper and this was significantly cheaper. Figuring paper is paper but we found the quality is almost waxy like transparent and isn't worth what you save in money the ink has a hard time sticking to the paper. We have decided to stick with our usual Staples brand recycled paper from now on. I would not recommend

I am not necessarily unhappy with my purchase but I am certainly frustrated. There are so many small changes that I keep experiencing without any real feel for how it affects what I am doing. Far too many assumptions are made that the customer is computer savvy and will know what to do. I am a self-taught non technical user and find it difficult to know how to perform the tasks I want to do. Without any manual at all or even a list of possibilities I am under utilizing my 8.5 and wishing I could go back to what I had before. Updates and changes often catch me by surprise and I have to call my daughter in Chicago for answers.
