The directions and packaging were outstanding! The alignment for attaching the seat to the back with the screws provided unfortunately was a NIGHTMARE! Would not call this an "easy assembly."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples Cartwright Chair is amazing! The look is sleek and the mesh is high quality. The back is high enough to feel supported while leaning back and I feel encouraged to have good posture while sitting! I don’t notice that I’ve been sitting for an extended period of time because I stay cool and comfortable! The cushion at the bottom of the chair is supportive and is a wide space without being huge. The ease of adjusting the height is wonderful. I have found a perfect height to sit at my classroom table. I am 5ft 10in and the armrest height is perfect and so comfortable. It was very easy to put together.

Good chair for the price. I am 270 lbs and the chair has no issue with that. Rolls efortly and quietly. Like many otherss on here I struggled with attaching the arm rests. Holes don't line up especially the one that attaches the arm rests to the back. I solved this by filing off some material. Assemling the rest was a snap.
